Behind the Author

Gloria Harris is a wife, a mother, a grandmother, and a teacher. Gloria would like to thank her ancestors because she is here, her husband for his support, and God for providing for them at every level.
God has been the force who has propelled them plow through thick and thin, and up and down the hills.
She was given the name of Maria Gloria Garcia Gonzalez, in Old Mexico. Gloria
married Randy Harris 42 years ago.
Gloria attended UMHB and earned a B. A. and a Master’s degree in Education from Texas A&M University.
